Soil: clay-limestone; vineyards located in the lower slopes of Meursault.
Culture mode: traditional. Culture of the vine. No chemical weeding. Budding tightly. Harvest in green if necessary. Manual harvest.
Vinification: As soon as they are harvested, these bunches of Pinot Noir are brought back to the winery where they are sorted, destemmed and then put in vats for the alcoholic fermentation. The juice is then placed in oak barrels in the cellar, to complete its vinification then be aged for about 18 months.
Food and wine pairing: It can match with a rib of beef, grill during the summer, or wait for autumn to decorate fine meats or small pigeons ... It is a wine to consume in the year or in 2 years.
