Pierre Ferraud Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs
The French term "Crémant" is used to refer to sparkling wine not made in the Champagne region. The history of the Burgundy crémant started in 1822. The Crémant de
Bourgogne AOC was created in 1975. This wine is only produced in white and rosé, in blanc de blancs or in blanc de noirs.
Our Crémant de Bourgogne is a Blanc de Blancs which means 100% Chardonnay! A great alternative to Champagne.
EYE: Sparkling and golden colour, fantastic!
NOSE: it develops white flower, citrus fruit or green apple scents.
MOUTH: Very refreshing, sharp and quite tasteful.
