Description

The grape varietal is mainly Grenache, with a proportion of Syrah and Mourvedre.

The grapes are carefully selected during the harvesting in order to obtain the Appellation.

The vinification is carried out in the traditional way in concrete tanks. This takes about three weeks whereby the fermentation takes places with a high temperature to ensure an optimal extraction of the colour and tannins.

It then matures in concrete tanks for between 12 and 15 months.
