Its elegance is enjoyable as an appetizer as well as during the meal.
EYE: A bright and clear golden color.
NOSE: This 2007 presents an abundant effervescence of a great finesse. The nose is pure and precise. It gives off white flower, linden-tree and honey notes.
MOUTH: On the palate, the 2007 Brut of Deutz offers a bold and nervous attack on a good aromatic intensity. It possesses the frankness and elegance of Family Deutz wines, and expresses delicate aromas of ripe pear and mirabelle, without exuberance on the whole. The finish, with a persistent bubble, is long and generous, promising a great ageing potential.
