Your order normally ships within 1-6 business days. Rest assured that we are working expeditiously to get your order to you in the shortest time. You will receive an email with detailed information when your order is ready to ship. In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

2. My order is a Gift, what are the key steps?

Just before you check out, you can click on "gift option", then you will be able to leave your message that we will hand-write on a nice gift card. You can also select the gift wrapping option for $9.5, in that case we will prepare a nice gift wrap for your(s) bottle(s). Of course if it is a gift we won't add any invoice to the delivery and we will notify you when the delivery is planned. 

Some gifts are really urgent, not a problem just call/whatsapp us on 9778 7905 or email us and we will confirm our options to do same day or next day delivery

We have formed some partnerships with several delivery suppliers to provide the faster and safest delivery as possible . You can trust that your wine is in good hands.

At the checkout page, you can provide us with your delivery instructions. Indicate the time window you prefer, and particular date(s) or day(s) of the week under “Note to Seller” before the "check out". You may also leave any other pertinent comments such as housekeeper’s contact number, vacation dates to avoid, or instruction to hide your delivery in your shoe cabinet, etc. :) We will do our best to accommodate.

For time-sensitive orders, it is best to email us at to ensure that we give your request special attention.

By default, deliveries are scheduled in the next earliest available time slot.

Yes! You can come down to our warehouse at 49 Jalan Pemimpin, 01-09 APS Buidling, 577203 from Monday to Saturday (11am to 5pm)

Sorry, we are unable to offer this option at this time. We accept Visa, MC, PayPal, and bank transfer for better overall protection for our customers. We accept cheque on delivery.

We understand that sometimes you may not be able to receive your order as soon as you place it. We can hold your order up to 30 days from the time you place your order. Please let us know your preferred date of delivery when you place your order, and we will refrain ourselves from drinking your stock before then. Beyond 30 days, we won’t be able to make any guarantee… :)

No worries. Please notify us at within 24 hours of your delivery. We will refund your credit card even if you have accepted the package.

Our sommelier is working with a team of wine advisory panel to select our products. All our wines and spirits have to be special and provide a good drinking experience in Singapore.

We host regular wine tasting events where you can meet our team and enjoy a selection of products. It is a great way to discover new wines and meet like-minded friends within our ChateauAsia community!

Having a monthly wine subscription is a great way to discover new wines that you wouldn’t otherwise choose for yourself. Select the package you would like, check out with a PayPal payment, and you will receive a pleasant surprise every month. In addition, you will receive discounts and special perks!

If you place your subscription order by the 10th of the month, you will receive your first delivery within the same month. Monthly deliveries take place by the 25th of the month.

At any time if you wish to take a break from the subscription, simply click on “Cancel Subscription” on the Subscription page. Come back again when you’re ready!
