Founded in 1859, Louis Jadot is a Burgundy estate that has control over 210 hectares. All wines produced are AOC wines. As true Burgundian, they work with single varity wines: Pinot Noir for their reds, Chardonnay for whites, Gamay for Beaujolais.
In order for them to acheive the best quality the company has banished any type of synthetic product, like fertilisers and herbicides. The process is done by tractor or by horse, and other traditional forms. The harmony and balance are the key factors for this company.
